WHY SNOWFLAKE MEDIA?
Here at Snowflake Media’s graphic design agency, we understand that every client has a unique identity that sets them apart. From your team, to your mission, to all the quirks that make you YOU, every piece of every business comes together to form something individually defined.
Just as the patterns of snowflakes are always different, no two businesses are the same, so “one size fits all” marketing strategies are not what we’re after. Instead of providing generic services, we want to collaborate with you on what makes the pattern of your business. By taking a closer look and putting the work in, we can find exactly how to most effectively highlight your vision.
Our graphic design team have the expertise and experience to create the visual materials you need. We work with a variety of clients across multiple marketing channels, and maintain numerous e-commerce, retail, news style, blog, and subscription based websites of our own with our own money. These avenues act as a testing ground for our marketing solutions. We are constantly brainstorming new ways to make these sites work better; refining them regularly and turning that into data. This is an indispensable resource for our clients.
We created the graphic design studio branch of our team in order to provide exactly the kind of services we would have wanted when we were looking for graphic design agencies to work with in the past. Using those experiences, we have developed a team that is transparent, collaborative, creative, and eager to provide high quality work.
If you are looking for a graphic design agency that prioritises these things, get in touch with us! Our team is always on hand and eager to discuss how we can help you accomplish your graphic design goals.
WHAT GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
At Snowflake Media we believe that brand identity and awareness play a vital role in creating a cohesive marketing strategy. It is integral to figure out who you are and have the visuals to match. That’s where we come in.
As part of the process of developing brand identity, we will work with you to identify the core audience you are looking to target with your marketing materials. The more in-depth and detailed we can get, the better chance you have of getting your message out to exactly who you want to hear it.
A strong brand identity is the first step in cultivating a strong and engaged audience, which will give you the competitive edge you need to stand out from the crowd.
- Logo Design
A logo is, in many ways, a first impression. Your brand personality, your creativity, what you do, who you are, so much can be encapsulated in just one symbol. A logo is what outsiders see before anything else. It’s a visual shorthand tool that will help your brand stick in people’s minds moving forward, so it’s essential that it’s memorable.
We aim to work closely with you to create a logo that accurately reflects the “face” of your brand. We understand a logo needs to be versatile, recognisable, and professional, in order for it to be the most effective.
Whatever position you’re in, whether you’re a new business in the process of creating a visual identity, an older business looking for a facelift, a charity or organisation wanting to become a household name, or anything in between! Contact us today to get started on establishing or refining the visual language of your brand.
A sometimes ‘overlooked’ aspect of a successful graphic design strategy, brand stationery is an important avenue for creating professional brand cohesion across all platforms. We understand how valuable it is, on an almost subconscious level, for all marketing materials on and offline to feel like they are part of a whole.
Dissonant stationary materials can run the risk of looking out of place or unprofessional, which is why we are so passionate about building a set of marketing tools that are tied together by cohesive and distinctive design elements. We aim to facilitate multiple opportunities for people to not only come into contact with your brand, but consistently have a positive impression when they do.
When it comes to marketing, we deeply value all the work that we do in the digital space. However, we also understand how important and effective brochures can be in translating a marketing strategy from online, to the physical world. (Just like the good old days!)
There are many instances when a client may want a sleek informational packet or brochure to use at events, workshops, seminars, for business/charity reporting, and in meetings. We aim to provide this to you, with style.
We know that these kinds of materials need to be practical, easy to read, and user friendly, but we also want them to look really good. Along with all other visual elements of your brand, brochures can leave a lasting impression if they are integrated into your branding in a mindful way. We will work with you to create eye-catching custom-made brochure designs to suit your needs.
A brochure is a no-fuss, yet indispensable tool for success for your business. When you need one, you really need one, and we want to make sure you are prepared when you do.
- Large graphics & Signage
Nothing makes a visual impact quite like a large sign or graphic. Our eyes are undoubtedly drawn to these kinds of marketing materials, which automatically register in our minds as something important by virtue of their scale ubiquity.
Here at Snowflake Media, we want to make sure you are making the most out of these opportunities, by providing professional looking graphics that give the right impression to onlookers.
We aim to create graphic design materials that stand out, because we know how much of a difference it can make when your visual materials beg a second look. The nature of signs is that they may typically be engaged with for short periods of time, which is why we are so dedicated to making sure we communicate information and compel the viewer in a succinct and interesting way.
If any of our services interest you and you’d like to have a deeper discussion about how you can benefit from our expert graphic designers and marketing consultants, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to learn more. We are always excited to begin a new collaboration!
HOW DOES OUR GRAPHIC DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
- The Consultation
Our graphic design process begins first and foremost with a client consultation. During this, we are focused on creating an extensive picture of what exactly you want to achieve with our partnership on the project. We want to discuss tangible outcomes while maintaining a level of clarity and transparency, ensuring we are always on the same page. During this process we want to gain a complete understanding of your brand, your style, and your goals, so we can deliver individualised marketing materials perfectly suited to your target audience.
- The Brief
From our conversation, we will create a brief. This brief will include all the specific requirements, timelines and goals for the project. The brief is the document we refer to at all steps of the process. It is one of the most important steps in any design process, and we place a high priority on making it the best it can be.
- The Research
Armed with the brief, our graphic designer will take all the information they’ve been provided and dig deeper by doing further market research. We aim to not only develop a better understanding of you and your past work, but also the industry you’re in, and what strategies are currently performing well in said fields, with the audiences you want to reach.
- Brainstorming and Exploration
A vital part of the design process, our graphic designer takes all the information they’ve gleaned from their research and begins putting it to work, using the latest graphic/web design software. During this time, they are able to flex their creative muscles and get all their ideas out of their heads and onto the page.
At this stage in the process, many designs may be started and abandoned, or reworked completely. It’s all about tweaking and learning. All this experimentation leads to the point where the designer reaches a plan for the final design, having explored multiple routes to land on the best one for you.
After the design has been refined to a point where it is suitable to be shown to the client, the designer will send it over and wait for feedback. We believe that collaboration is the key to success, so we take feedback very seriously. We want to ensure that you are an integral part of the process. If there are changes, the designer will implement the notes and modify as needed, after which the design will be resubmitted.
We will repeat this process as many times as we need, until we receive an enthusiastic final seal of approval. We want to make sure you are excited about your new marketing materials and that you feel they are perfect for your organisation or business.
- Final Delivery
After everything is approved and ready to go, we will send you a final proof in your preferred file format (JPEG, PDF, or PNG).
Client satisfaction is paramount to us, and the majority of our new projects come from referrals. We endeavour to satisfy every client’s criteria, and are always looking to develop lasting partnerships, working with the next exciting big brands of the future.

WHY USE A GRAPHIC DESIGN AGENCY?
Graphic design marketing materials make up the visual personality of your business and serve as the first impression of your brand. We humans are visual creatures, especially in this day and age of quick-fire media consumption, so our brains automatically latch onto striking visual material. Within those first few glances you have the opportunity to communicate exactly the image you want customers and clients to receive. This kind of first impression reaction is vital to developing positive associations with your brand.
No matter what you are trying to communicate, there is one element of graphic design that is universally important, and that is professionalism. It’s easier than you may think to spot a logo or another visual element that was made by someone who has no background in graphic design. You run the risk of appearing amateurish, which reflects poorly on your entire business.
Using a professional graphic design agency ensures that every image is seamless, and every design element makes sense within a larger marketing strategy.
There’s a lot on the line with a first impression, namely that you only have one chance to do it, so why not make sure you are putting your best foot forward.
How much involvement will I have in the design process?
We begin all of our projects by talking to you and examining exactly what you are looking to accomplish with our work together. Here at Snowflake Media, we are passionate about creating work that accurately reflects and compliments your vision, which means we work closely with our clients to understand all that we can about the specific needs of your business before anything is physically created. Our work is most successful when our clients are full collaborators. We keep that in mind throughout the design process.
We also love feedback. This is yet another way of collaborating with our clients to provide the highest quality of work possible. Once we have submitted our design materials to you, we open up the conversation to edits and alterations. During this process, we provide professional advice and offer up solutions to any problems that might arise. We will then submit and continue the process as needed. We want you to be proud of the work we accomplish together, which is why we prioritise open communication with the clients we work with.
Who owns the copyright for the work we receive from Snowflake Media?
You, the client, will be transferred the copyright ownership for all work Snowflake Media Group creates for you. This happens only after the balance is fully settled. Going forward we do reserve the right to utilise any work we create for a client for our own promotional purposes.
I need something ASAP, do you do rush jobs?
We understand that there are situations in which a client might be on an abbreviated timeline and need a quick turnaround. We can typically accommodate requests like this, depending on factors such as: the amount of projects we are currently working on, or the scale and scope of the project you need doing. There is typically an increased rate associated with completing jobs in a short amount of time.
It’s best to contact us as soon as you can, so we can put the measures in place to provide the services you need.
